纤维桩预防重度楔状缺损前磨牙冠折的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察纤维桩用于重度楔状缺损前磨牙预防牙冠折的临床疗效。方法:选取22个重度楔状缺损前磨牙采用玻璃纤维桩树脂核全冠修复。经3,6,12个月随访,观察其疗效。结果:在22个治疗牙中,3个月,6个月复查时未发现失败病例;12个月复查时出现1例因咀嚼不当致桩松动,无牙折。临床修复成功率为95.45%。结论:采用纤维桩预防重度楔状缺损前磨牙牙冠折可取得良好疗效。Objective：To eveluate the effects of glass fiber post applied in the heavy wedge-shaped defect for preventing crown fracture.Method：22 teeth with heavy wedge-shaped defect were restored with glass fiber post-composite core-full crowns.Patients were observed in intervals of 3,6 and 12 months after treatment.Result：Failure was not found after treating 3 month,6 month.One loose tooth was found after treatment 12 month because of unnormal mastication,but tooth fracture was not found.The total sucessful rate was 95.45 %.Conclusion：The glass fiber posts were effective in the restorations of heavy wedge-shaped defect for preventing crown crown fracture.
