现代汉族年轻女性“瓜子脸”和谐比例的测量及其在面型改造术中的应用  被引量:4

摘  要:目的 了解影响现代汉族年轻女性"瓜子脸"型的因素及各因素之间的和谐比例关系,明确颧突点、下颌角点在面部轮廓中的相对位置;初步探讨研究结果在面型改造术中的应用.方法 从1000例候选者中选出"瓜子脸"女性100例,采集面部体表特征点的数据进行统计分析,确定影响面型各项指标的绝对数值及比例关系.以面高和面宽为参考确定颧突点和下颌角点在面部轮廓中的相对位置.结果 现代汉族年轻女性"瓜子脸"型相关指标的测量数据:面高为(187.25±8.64)mml、颧突点高为(103.41±7.31)mm、下颌角点高为(145.54±6.35)mm、颞面宽为(120.39±6.79)mm、颧面宽为(139.57±4.94)mm、颧突点宽为(103.57±6.29)mm、下颌角宽为(106.19±6.20)mm、颧耳间距为(92.77±7.32)mm、耳颌间距为(39.06±5.53)mm.统计学分析后的比例关系:颧面宽/面高为0.75±0.04、颧突点高/面高为0.55±0.03、下颌角点高/面高为0.78±0.04、颞面宽/颧面宽为0.86±0.04、颧突点宽/颧面宽为0.74±0.04、下颌角宽/颧面宽为0.76±0.05、颧耳间距/颧面宽为0.66±0.05、耳颌间距/面高为0.21±0.03.依据上述比例关系确定了颧突点和下颌角点在面部轮廓中的相对位置.结论 现代汉族年轻女性"瓜子脸"型存在一个相对和谐的比例关系,颧突点和下颌角点在面部轮廓中相对和谐位置的确立,对面型改造手术有一定的参考价值.Objective To understand the impact factors and the harmonious proportion of oval face of modem Chinese young female; to make sure the relative position of zygomatic process and gonial angle in the facial outline ; to study primarily the application of our results in the reconstruction of facial contour. Methods A hundred female cases with oval face were selected from 1000 volunteers, the data of feature points of facial surface were collected and then statistical analysis was adopted to make sure the absolute number and the proportion of all kinds index which affect the facial couture. The relative position of zygomatic process and gonial angle in the facial outline were determined by referring to the facial height and the width. Results The measured data of oval face of modem Chinese young female were as follows : facial height was ( 187.25 ± 8.64 ) mm, zygomatic process height was ( 103.41 ± 7.31 ) mm, gonial angle height was ( 145.54 ± 6.35 ) mm, temporalis width was (120.39± 6.79)mm, malare width was (139.57 ± 4.94) mm, zygomatic process width was (103.57 ±6.29)mm, gonial anglewidth was (106.19 ±6.20) mm; the distances between zygomatic process and tragion, otobasion inferius and gonial angle were ( 92.77 ± 7.32 ) mm and ( 39.06 ± 5.53 )mm respectively. Proportions were as follows : malar width/facial height was 0.75 ±0.04, zygomatic height/facial height was 0.55 ± 0.03, gonial angle height/facial height was 0.78 ± 0.04, temporalis width/malare width was 0.86 ± 0.04, zygomatic process width/malare width was 0.74 ± 0. 04, gonial angle width/malare width was 0.76 ± 0.05 ; the distance between zygomatic process and tragion/malare width was 0.66 ± 0.05, the distance between otobasion inferius and gonial angle/facial height was 0.21 ± 0.03. According to the above proportion, the relative position of zygomatic and gonial angle in the facial outline was located.
