摘　　要：根据钢管喷印的主要动作和功能要求,设计了一种新型的钢管喷印专用机械手。利用Autodesk Inventor进行三维实体建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件对其关键部件进行静力强度分析、优化设计,提高了喷印的灵敏度和可靠性。该喷印专用机械手不仅可以满足钢管自动喷印的需要,而且也可以推广到其它管材内外壁及钢卷内外壁的喷印。A new-type manipulator special for steel pipe printing has been designed according to the requirements of the main movements and functions for pipe printing. The 3D model of the manipulator has been built using Autodesk Inventor software. The static strength of its key parts, lifting platform and telescopic boom, has been analyzed using ANSYS Workbench software, and their structures have been optimized, improving the printing sensitivity and reliability. This new-type manipulator can not only be used for steel pipe printing, but also for printing of the inner and outer surfaces of other tubular goods and coils of strip.
