摘　　要：中小企业与大企业的差别,不仅仅表现在规模上,而且从动态的角度看,还体现在企业生命周期的不同阶段。因此,中小企业的管理,在创业期,主要是创业管理;在成长期,将主要根据"4+2"法则和六要素,结合中国的具体情况,加上产权制度和企业家培养等,作为重点,这样更符合中小企业管理的实际。The difference between SMEs（small and medium-sized enterprises） and large enterprises do not only lie in size,but also in life cycle.Therefore,the management of SMEs is mainly pioneering management at the starting stage;at its growing stage,the management of SMEs shall be practically based on the ＂4＋2＂principle and six key factors,property rights system and entrepreneur fostering.
