摘　　要：钩稽相关史料,重建清末民政部于1907年建立的京师图书馆的相关史实,进而澄清图书馆界对该馆的错误认识及对相关文献的误读。This thesis digs out some historical materials about the Metropolis Library which established by the Civil Administration Department of Qing Dynasty in 1907. Based on these historical materials, this thesis describes the history of the Metropolis Library and then corrects some misunderstanding to the history and historical materials about the library accordingly.
