摘　　要：[目的]观察三叶因子2(TFF2)在胃黏膜病变中的表达及临床意义。[方法]在浅表性胃炎、糜烂性胃炎及胃溃疡3种轻、中、重病变的胃病患者胃黏膜中测定TFF2。观察TFF2在这三个阶段的变化。[结果]TFF2的表达在浅表性胃炎中低、在糜烂性胃炎中次低,在胃溃疡中最低,病情轻重程度与TFF2的表达呈负相关。[结论]TFF2具有保护胃黏膜免受致病因素攻击的作用。[Objective]To observe the change of TFF2 in mucous membrans of gastric disorders.[Methods]TFF2 was determined in three kinds of lesions including gastritis,errosive gastritis and gastric ulcer,representing mild,moderate and severe lesions respearvely.[Results]The expression of TFF2 was low in gastritis,lower in errosive gastritis,and the lowest in gastric ulcer.A negative correlation was manifested between the severity and TFF2 expression.[Conclusion]TFF2 has the action of protecting gastrie mucosa from pathogenic attack.
