摘　　要：阐述构建工业信息资源优化配置决策支持系统的基本思想和总体框架模型,介绍了对话生成和管理部件的基本结构,提出以信息资源优化配置模型为基础的模型库的设计思想,并在此基础上对工业信息资源管理与决策支持系统的结构进行了初步设计。From the angle of structure and function, the paper elaborates the basic idea and overall framework of model of DSS, introduces the basic structure about dialogue generating and managing components, based optimal allocation of information re- sources model and build model library. And on this basis, designs the structure about DSS of industrial resources management.
