摘　　要：利用ANSYS10.0有限元分析软件,采用调整翼展式厢式货车底板梁截面参数、应用ANSYS10.0自带的优化模块对底板优化的方法进行车厢骨架轻量化设计,对应力应变进行分析,在保证设计要求的前提下,提出了轻量化改进方案。Adjusting the beamsects＇ parameters of the wingspan van＇s bottom plate and applying the optimization module of the finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0 comes with optimization methods for lightweight design of the bottom frame.In the premise of the design requirement,analysis and check the stress and strain,then improve the scheme for the proposed lightweight program.
