摘  要:针对辽河油田曙一区杜84块超稠油主力含油区块在开采过程中普遍存在的吞吐周期高、开发效果逐渐变差等问题,通过室内实验,分析了二氧化碳和氮气在杜84块超稠油中的溶解性及其对原油粘度的影响;通过物理模拟实验,模拟了在注蒸汽辅助的条件下,单纯注CO2、单纯注N2及模拟烟道气等多种吞吐方式的采油规律及增产机理;研究了CO2与N2的注入次序、注入量、注入比例及注入压力与放喷压力等参数对吞吐效果的影响。结果表明,在杜84块超稠油主力含油区块开采过程中,CO2和N2的注入次序为先注N2后注CO2,CO2与N2的体积比为2:1,注入压力为15MPa,生产时放喷压力以地层压力7.35MPa为最佳。Du84 is a major super-heavy oil-bearing block in Shuyi District of Liaohe Oilfield.In the developing process,it has some prob-lems such as long stimulation periods,gradually decreasing development effect and so on.In order to solve these problems,a large amount of laboratory experiments was taken.The solubility of COa and N2 in the super-heavy oil of Du84 block and the impact of it on viscosity of the crude oil were analyzed.Under the conditions of the auxiliary steam injection,the producing law and stimulation mechanism of CO2,N2 pure injection,simulated flue gas and other oil production ways for the stimulation were studied through physical analogue experiments.The influences of injection order,quantity,proportion,injection pressure and spout pressure on the results were analyzed.The results show that;in the producing process,N2 should be injected first,then CO2;and the volume proportion of CO2 and N2 should be 2! 1.Suitable injection pressure is ot 15 MPa and the spout pressure should be equal to 7.35 MPa of formation pressure.
