摘 要:涩北气田主力层系生产时间较长,形成了高渗透层出水、低渗透层产气的状况,产气量明显下降。为此,通过正交实验的方法对凝胶体系主剂和添加剂的质量分数进行了优选,研制了适合涩北气田气井堵水用的弱凝胶体系。通过正交静态实验对其成胶时间、成胶率以及成胶强度等进行了研究,优选出主剂质量分数为5%的堵水剂配方,并通过模拟实验对该堵水剂在涩北气田储层条件下的注入特性和封堵效果进行了评价。实验结果表明,优选出的堵水剂成胶时间为7.9h,成胶后静态屈服强度达到1000Pa,另外该堵水剂对出水层具有较好的选择性和较高的封堵强度,并且不会封堵气藏产层,说明该堵水剂对于涩北气田气层出水具有良好的封堵效果。The major production layers of Seibei Gasfield,which have been long developed,produce water in high permeable layers and gas in the low permeable layers,and subsequent gas production has been declined inevitably.In view of the problems above,the mass fraction of main agent and additive agent were optimized through the orthogonal experiment,and the weak gel polymer system applicable for the water plugging in Sebei Gasfield was subsequently proposed.In this paper.the gelation time,gelation rate and gel strength parameters were thoroughly analyzed to recommend the water plugging formula with 5% main agent.The injection property and plugging performance were further evaluated under the reservoir conditions of Sebei Gasfield by means of simulation experiment.The test indicates that the gelation time is 7.9h and static yield strength lOOOPa for the opti-mized plugging agent.The optimized water-plugging agent is of favorable selectivity and high plugging strength and will not plug the gas-production layer,which is indicative of good plugging performance for the watering of gas-production layers of Se-bei Gasfield.
