摘　　要：该文介绍了杭州经济技术开发区绕城高速的环境综合整治。它保留了现状自然植被,充分利用下沙土壤资源,加强绕城景观建设和生态环境保护,塑造下沙新城绕城植物特色风貌。以堆土造坡及造林手法营造现代生态高速公路景观长廊,提升沿线居住、工业等环境,以"道路有机更新"带整治、带保护、带改造、带建设、带开发、带管理、带调整,从而充分发挥道路的交通功能、生态功能、文化功能、经济功能。The article introduces the comprehensive environment harnessing of surrounding-city expressway of Hangzhou Economical Technical Development Area.It retains the present situation of natural vegetation,fully utilizes the soil resources of Xiasha New City,strengthens the surrounding-city landscape construction and the ecological environment protection,and models the surrounding-city plant feature and style of Xiasha New City.The technologies of piling-up soil to make slope and afforest builds the landscape corridor of the modern ecological expressway to enhance the environment of the residential areas and industries along the line.The'organic renewing of road'brings the harnessing,protection,reconstruction,building,development,management and adjustment so as to fully play the traffic function,ecological function,cultural function and economical function of road.
