摘　　要：目的探讨部分剥夺睡眠-睡眠诱发视频脑电图（Video-EEG）在癫痫诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法依照门诊诊断对265例进行Video-EEG检查的患者资料进行分组：确诊癫痫组178例，疑诊癫痫组33例和排除癫痫组54例（非癫痫性发作性疾病），对比检查前后诊断和治疗情况，进行回顾性分析。结果Video-EEG检查后三组中有不同比例的患者改变了诊断和治疗。结论Video-EEG能为癫痫诊断和鉴别诊断提供可靠的依据，为癫痫灶定位提供重要的线索。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of partial--sleep--deprivation and sleep induced Video--electroencephalogram （Video--EEG） in patients with epilepsy or those with suspi- cious epilepsy or the other paroxysm diseases. Methods According to the clinical features, 265 patients with Video--EEG monitoring were divided into 3 groups, the epilepsy group （ n = 178）, the suspicious epilepsy group （ n =33） and other paroxysm diseases group （ n= 54）. All the data were analyzed retro- spectively. Results Some diagnoses were changed after Video--EEG monitoring and new treatments were done. Some diagnoses were still uncertain. Conclusions Video--EEG can play an important role in the diagnosis of epilepsy, suspicious epilepsy or the other paroxysm diseases. It also provides an effective tool on the classification of epilepsy and can bring some clues to the location of epileptic zone.
