摘  要:目的:研究柴胡黄芩配伍不同提取部位对大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型的影响,揭示其作用机制。方法:采用白酒灌胃造成大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,以当飞利肝宁胶囊作为对照药,通过检测MDA、GSH、SOD、ADH、IL-8含量等指标,从多方面探讨柴胡黄芩配伍不同提取部位对急性酒精性肝损伤的影响。结果:正丁醇组对各项检测指标影响最显著。结论:抗脂质过氧化损伤,降低ADH活性,抑制炎性细胞因子IL-8的释放,是柴胡黄芩配伍抗急性酒精性肝损伤的重要机制;正丁醇组效果最佳。Objective:To Study the effect of different extraction sites from Radix Bupluri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility on acute alcoholic liver injure in rats.Methods:In the experiments,rat models were duplicated by the white Spirit through consecutive gastric infusi on for ten days.Dang-Feiliganning Capsule were used as positive control medicines.The prevention and treatment effects of Different Extraction Sites from Radix Bupluri and Radix Scutellariae in Compatibility were studied by investigating product of liver lipid peroxidition(MDA),glutathione(GSH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH),Interleukin-8(IL-8).Results:Site of n-BuOH had the best function.Conclusion:I ts important mechanism of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae compatibility resisting acuee alcohd liver disease that it can resist lipid peroxidion,degrade alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)activity and inhibit thr inflammatory cell agents Interleukin-8(IL-8)delivery.
