医学毕业生社区医院就业问题探析

摘　　要：目前出现了社区医院人才难求，而医学毕业生工作难找的矛盾状态。如果医学毕业生能够进入社区医院工作，既能够缓解医学生就业难题，又能够实现社区医院长足发展。本文就社区医院人才紧缺现状和医学毕业生就业难问题进行了分析，并提出了促进医学毕业生社区医院就业的方法和建议。At present there exists a contradiction that it＇ s hard for community hospitals to find qualified personnel, while it＇ s also hard for medical students to find a job. If medical students could work in community hospitals, then the employment problem of medical students will be alleviated, and at the same time, the development of community hospitals can be achieved. This article analyzed the status of personnel shortage in community hospitals and the problem of the medical students＇ employment, and proposed recommendations about advancing medical students to work in community hospitals.
