非医学专业本科毕业生攻读中医学研究生就业发展模式的构想

摘　　要：为了适应社会发展的需要，非医学专业本科毕业生攻读中医学硕博连读研究生（中医教育界习惯地将其简称为“非医攻博”）的新型教育模式于2002年开始试行，目前已经招收了7届学生。本文通过对“非医攻博”的设置背景、特点以及已经毕业的2届“非医攻博”研究生毕业后的就业情况进行研究和分析，从中医药特色文化、中医药健康保健、中医药特色旅游、医院数字化建设、中药开发产业链的规范等角度，探讨中医院校“非医攻博”研究生的就业发展模式，为中医教育事业的改革和发展提供一种思路。To adapt to the new situation, ＂doctoral degree pursuit of non-medical professionals ＂ as a new model of Chinese medicine education was launched in 2002, the students had been enrolled in seven sessions. This paper mainly studied and analyzed the installation background, feature of the model and the employment situation of the graduates of the past two years. This paper discussed the occupational developmental model of ＂doctoral degree pursuit of non-medical professionals ＂ from following facets, characteristic culture of Chinese medicine, health care of Chinese medicine, characteristic tourism of Chinese medicine, hospital digitalization, and the regulation of Chinese crude drug exploiting industrial chain. It mainly offered an idea to the Chinese medical educational reform and development, expecting to promote the development of Chinese medicine.
