摘 要:舰炮武器系统作战效能是对舰炮武器在实战条件下完成防空、对海和对岸任务程度的综合度量,评估舰炮武器系统作战效能可以鉴定舰炮武器整体战术技术性能和作战使用性能。本文通过对舰炮武器系统作战过程的分析,利用W SEIAC模型和层次分析法建立了舰炮武器系统作战效能评估数学模型,并进行了实例的验证。结果表明,该模型与现行武器系统试验数据结合,可以对舰炮武器系统的作战效能进行评估,具有一定的可信性,能够为舰炮武器系统作战效能的评估提供有效且便于操作的方法。Operational effectiveness of naval gun weapon system was a synthesis measuring that naval gun weapon fighted against the objects of the air,the sea and the bank when they were in actual combat condition.The evaluation of operational effectiveness for naval gun weapon system can certify wholly tactical technical performance and operating performance.Through analyzing operational process of naval gun weapon system,this paper established naval gun weapon system's operational effectiveness assessment model by using A.D.C model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and proceeded proof and analysis of the illustration.The results demonstrates that the models can proceed naval gun weapon system's operational effectiveness assessment by combining with current system test datas,this result is quite creditable,and this method of the evaluation for operational effectiveness of naval gun weapon system is effective and converinent.The models can apply to appraisement of operational effectiveness for naval gun weapon system.
