斑蝥、黄连、鸦胆子油混合液祛除模型大鼠增生性子宫内膜的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察不同提取方法以及不同浓度的的斑蝥，黄连和鸦胆子油混合液对子宫内膜增生症模型大鼠子宫内膜的祛除作用。方法：以健康雌性sD大鼠卵巢去势后为作用对象，与空白组，开关腹组，模型对照组，用药组对照比较。结论：斑蝥，黄连和鸦胆子油混合液对子宫内膜增生症模型大鼠子宫内膜有明显的祛除作用。应用SPSS13．0处理软件进行方差分析和t检验。Objective：Observes the different extraction method as well as the different density spot mao, Chinese goldthread rhi- zome and Java brucea oil intermixture to endometrium proliferation sickness model big mouse endometrium dispelling function. Method.. Castrates after the healthy female SD big mouse ovary is the function object, with the blank group, the switch abdomen group, the model control group, the medication group compares compares. Conclusions：The spot mao, the Chinese goldthread rhizo- me and the Java brucea oil intermixture has the obvious dispelling function to the endometrium proliferation siekness model big mouse endometrium. Carries on the variance analysis and the T--test using the SPSS13.0 processing software.
