摘　　要：目的：探讨外伤性胃破裂的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院自2006年1月～2009年12月外伤性胃破裂病人126例的诊断和治疗过程。结果：治愈121例，5例死亡，死亡率为4．1％。1例因为心脏破裂修补无效死亡，4例因为肝破裂出血性休克早致死亡，其余121例均手术成功。121倒中并发症14例，其中切口感染9例，胃出血5例，均经对症治疗治愈。结论：外伤性胃破裂应以外科手术治疗为主，伴有并发症和出血性休克的应及时对症治疗，以提高治愈率。Objective：Discusses the traumatic gastrorrhexis the clinical diagnosis and the method of treatment. Method： The review analyzes my courtyard from January, 2006 -2009 year in December traumatic gastrorrhexis patient 126 example diagnoses and the course of treatment. Result：Cures 121 examples, 5 example deaths, the mortality rate is 4.1~. because 1 example heart rupture patching invalid death, 4 examples because the hepatorrhexis hemorrhagic shock causes the death, the other 121 example even sur- gery is successful, in 121 examples complication 14 examples, the margin infects 9 examples, the gastric hemorrhage 5 examples, pass through the just right for the illness treatment cure. Conclusions：The traumatic gastrorrhexis should treat by the surgical opera- tion primarily, is accompanied by the complication and the hemorrhagic shock should the prompt just right for the illness treatment, raises the cure rate.
