摘　　要：目的：掌握精神分裂症患者疾病复发的相关因素，为降低复发率提出干预措施。方法：通过自制的复发因素调查表，调查首次住院与再次住院患者的有关资料，并进行分析。结果：首发与复发患者在自知力、服药依从性、药物副反应、个人经济差、家庭成员的认知度、家庭经济差、配偶不关心、有社会歧视、环境因素好、医疗保险等方面有着明显的差异。结论：影响精神分裂症复发的相关因素很多，各种因素之间互相关联，互相影响，虽然个人因素在疾病复发起主要作用，但家庭和社会因素对疾病复发起重要影响。Objective： Grasps the schizophrenia sickness patient disease recrudescence the correlation factor, to cut the recurrence rate to propose the intervention measure. Method： Through the self--made recrudesce＇fiche factor survey form, the investigation is hospitalized for the first time with is hospitalized once more patient＇s pertinent data, and carries on the analysis. Results：The first round and the recrudescence patient in self--awareness strength, take medicine the compliance, the medicine side reaction, the per- sonal economy difference, family member＇s cognition, the home economics difference, the spouse not to care about that to have the social discrimination, the environmental factor to be good, aspects and so on medical insurance have the obvious difference. Conclu- sions：Affects the schizophrenia sickness recrudescence the correlation factor to be many, between each kind of factor incident cross --correlation, mutual influence, although individual factor recurs the leading role at disease, hut the family and the social factor recurs the material effect to disease.
