摘　　要：目的：对应用Osamu—Retainer[牙合]垫治症磨牙症的治疗进行分析评价。方法：用Osamu—Retainer[牙合]垫对46例磨牙症患者治疗前后情况进行对比分析。结果：戴用1个月停止磨牙率为95．65％，戴用1年停止磨牙率为100％。戴用垫[牙合]后夜磨牙减少均极为显著（P〈0．01）。结论：Osamu—Retainer[牙合]垫治疗夜磨牙有效果，值得临床推广与应用。Objective：To applies the Osamu--Retainer clutch pad to govern sickness bruxism＇s treatment to carry on the analysis appraisal. Methods：Around treats the situation with the Osamu--Retainer clutch pad to 46 example bruxism patient to carry on the contrastive analysis. Result：Wears with 1 month stop doing a lot of talking rate is 95.65%, wears with 1 year stop doing a lot of talking rate is 100%. Dai Yongdian the clutch second half of the night does a lot of talking the reduction extremely to be remarkable （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The Osamu--Retainer clutch pad treatment night does a lot of talking has the effect, is worth the clinical promotion and the application.
