摘　　要：本文通过英语专业的课堂实践,探讨了改革基础英语课传统的以教师为中心的语法翻译教学法的可能性。在有效的课堂活动帮助下,通过唤起学生的跨文化交流意识,教师可以激发学生学习外语的自主性。为了更好地阐释通过跨文化交流意识与学生自主学习之间的互动,能够以有趣和有效的方式教授基础英语课,文中提供了课堂实践的案例。This essay explores the possibility of innovating traditional grammar-translation teaching method of Basic English Course through classroom practices.It suggested that by arousing students＇ awareness of intercultural communication with the help of effective classroom activities,teachers can motivate students＇ autonomy on SLA.Case studies are offered in order to better illustrate that through interacting the awareness of intercultural communication with students＇ autonomy,Basic English Course can be conducted in an interesting and effective way.
