摘　　要：介绍日本是世界上图书事业比较发达的国家之一,在图书馆的管理和运营方面积累很多宝贵经验,日本大学图书馆的开放普及程度、分级采购管理制度、图书馆员职业资格认证制度、联机联合目录共建等日常管理制度都走在世界前列,最大限度地实现资源共知共享,为市民的终身教育做出巨大贡献。指出我国的大学图书馆事业有很多还处于刚刚起步阶段,因此日本大学图书馆的经验值得我们学习与借鉴。Japan is one of the countries with the most developed library cause in the wodd. With the aim of sharing resources, most university libraries are available to the society and make great contributions to the life-long education of Japanese citizens. The cause of Chinese university libraries＇ opening to the society is still in the beginning period, and experiences of Japanese coUege libraries are presented for our study and reference.
