摘 要:缓释肥料国家标准(GB/T23348-2009)中规定用25℃静水浸提凯氏定氮法测定肥料氮素释放率;但该法浸提的周期较长,且相对繁琐耗时。提出100℃快速浸提和用对二甲氨基苯甲醛分光光度法测氮,分别用该法与25℃静水浸提凯氏定氮法测定了2种典型树脂包膜尿素的氮素释放率,结果表明,两种方法测定结果之间的相关性极显著,R2分别达1和0.9997。100℃浸提用对二甲氨基苯甲醛分光光度法可以准确地预测树脂包膜尿素25℃浸提凯氏定氮法测氮的养分释放率和养分释放期。According to the standard of slow release fertilizer in China ( GB / T 23348-2009 ), 25℃ water extraction and Kjeldahl measurement, as a normative method, can be used to measure the nitrogen release rate of the slow/controlled release fertilizers. However, the periods of extraction at 25 ℃ in water is too long and the Kjeldahl measurement is fussy relatively. So the 100℃ fast extraction and the colorimetry method of paradimethylaminobezaldehyde are proposed for the nitrogen measurement. The nutrition release rates of the two kinds of polymer coated urea are measured by the two methods, the results show there is a significant correlativity between the results of different measurement and the R2 are 1 and 0.999 7 respectively. The two kinds of polymer coated urea could be measured accurately by the eolorimetry method of paradimethylaminobezaldehyde at 100 ℃.
