摘　　要：当今，武警初级指挥院校从学历向任职教育转变的过程中，在教育训练方针、训练目标、训练内容、管理方法、运行机制等方面都发生了深刻的变化。课堂教学在任职教育中起着重要的作用。本文详细阐述了任职教育课堂教学的重要性，并指出课堂教学将对任职教育质量的提高起到重要作用。Nowadays, primary colleges of CAPF have completed transformation from academic education to pre -assignment education at the first stage. Quite a sea change has taken place in terms of educational training target, training aim, training content, management method, operating mechanism and so on. Class- room teaching is of great importance for the good effect of professional education and here in this thesis, we will deeply explore this important part for professional education - classroom teaching, which I think will make great significance to further enhance the quality of pre - assignment education.
