团体辅导在海洛因依赖者心理康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:考察团体心理辅导在海洛因依赖者心理康复中的可行性和有效性。方法:选取男性强制隔离戒毒人员60人,随机分为辅导组和对照组,每组30人,对辅导组实施为期3个月的团体心理辅导。辅导前后,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别对两个组的成员施测,辅导组成员通过自编团体辅导活动效果问卷,评价团体辅导效果。结果:SCL-90评分显示,通过团体心理辅导,辅导组的海洛因依赖者的焦虑因子分有显著性下降外,其他方面没有显著性变化,而与对照组相比,辅导前和后的总分和各因子分均无显著性差异。但在团体辅导效果问卷评估中,辅导组对团体辅导活动比较满意,96%以上成员愿意继续参加此类活动。结论:研究结果未表明团体辅导心理康复模式的有效性,但仍提示团体辅导具有重要的应用价值,需要进一步的研究和探讨。Objective： To explore the effect of the group counseling in the rehabilitation of heroin addicts . Methods：60 heroin addicts were selected in compulsory abstinence after their physical detoxification.30 were randomly in counseling group, while the others were as control group. The counseling group participated in the 3-month group counseling intervention. The control group just received routine management, care and education. Before and after the group counseling, SCL-90 was used to measure the effect of the intervention. The counseling group also filled in the group counseling checklist. Results： After group counseling intervention, the SCL-90 scores of the counseling group did not change significantly except the anxiety score and were not lower significantly than the control group. But more than 90% in counseling group were relatively satisfied with the group intervention, and hoped to participate in this kind of activities continuously. Conclusion： This group intervention model didn＇t effectively reduce the psychological symptoms of heroin abusers. But the research still showed the practical value of the group counseling and it needed further studies.
