摘  要:目的:探讨美沙酮维持治疗患者维持康复期角色转换技能训练对社会功能的影响。方法:对维持期158例美沙酮维持治疗患者及家属随机分为研究组(80例)和对照组(78例),研究组进行为期1年的角色转换技能训练,采用社会功能缺陷评定量表(SDSS)和自编角色调查表(SRI),分别于6个月、12个月后进行随访评定。结果:入组时两组SDSS和SRI评定差异无显著性(P>0.05),6个月、12个月随访时SDSS总分研究组([4.56±1.82)分;(3.58±1.22)分]显著低于对照组([10.42±3.86)分;(9.23±3.91)分],差异有显著性(P<0.01);研究组6个月、12个月随访角色退却分别为45例(56.2℅);51例(63.7℅),对照组分别为20例(25.6℅);21例(26.9℅),明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:角色转换技能训练能有效的改善维持期患者的社会功能,降低残疾程度。Objective : To study the effect of transform role skill training on the social function of methadone maintenance treatment patients. Methods: 158 methadone maintenance outpatients in their rehabilitation stage were randomly divided into study group (80 cases with three drop off) and control group (78 cases with five drop off).The skills training lasted for six months and twelve months of patients were followed up ,The assessing Instru- ments included SDSS and Self-made Role Inventory (SRI). Results: There were no significant differences in SDSS and SRI between the study group and control group in the baseline (p〉0.05). In six months and twelve months later, The total of SDSS in the study group (4.56±1.82 and 3.58±1.22) were significantly lower than those in the control group (10.42±3.86 and 9.23± 3.91) p〈0.01,and the role withdraw in study group (56.2% and 63.7 % ) were significantly higher than control group (25.6 % and 26.9 % ) (p〈0.01) .Conclusion: Transform role skill training can effectively improve social function of methadone maintenance treatment patients in recovery stage,and decrease disabled degree of patients in recovery stage.
