海洛因依赖事件相关电位的初步研究

摘  要:目的:探讨海洛因依赖患者的认知改变情况。方法:采用1:1配对研究,分别测定了海洛因患者及正常人的脑听觉诱发电位。结果:海洛因依赖组Cz导联P300潜伏期延长,与正常对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),波幅正常无明显差异。同时发现患者Cz、Pz导联的P300潜伏期与其吸入海洛因的量呈显著正相关,亦与其最后一次海洛因吸入量呈正相关;而患者P300的潜伏期及波幅与其吸食海洛因的时间长短无关,P300潜伏期与其最后一次海洛因吸入时间也无关。结论:海洛因依赖患者可能存在某种程度的认知损害,其认知损害的程度与海洛因吸入总量呈正相关。Objective: In order to know the recognition function of heroin dependents. Methods: The author test- ed separately the Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials (BAEP) of dependents and contrasts, by 1:1 paired study. Results: A prolonged P300 latent period of Lead Cz, with a significant difference (P〈0.001) between dependents and contrasts, but with no difference of amplitude; the dependents' P300 latent period of Lead Cz and Pz is posi- tively related significantly with the dosage of heroin-taking and also positively related with the last dose of hero- in-taking; the dependents' P300 latent period and amplitude is not related with course of heroin-taking and the P300 latent period is not related with the last time of heroin-taking, too. Conclusion: Indicate there exists possibly some degree of recognition impairment and a positive correlation between the dosage of heroin-taking and secondary impairment.
