摘 要:我国火力发电降耗节能具有很大潜力,能耗评价与考核系统是挖掘电厂管理潜能、降低发电能耗的有效工具。在实时耗差分析与绩效考核系统基础上,开发了新的在线能耗评价与绩效系统,从能耗总体评价、能损控制点分析与优化指导、运行绩效考核等环节,全面管理节能运行,促使低能耗发电目标的实现。介绍了系统结构与功能,分析了能源损耗评价方法、节能目标值确定等关键问题,在Windows环境下完成系统开发。系统在某电厂投入试用,已取得初步成效,降耗节能效果明显。The energy consumption of thermal power in our country is higher than that in the developed country, which means there exists a big potential to reduce energy consumption. On the bases of energy-loss analysis and performance assessing, new online system of energy consumption evaluation and performance assessing was developed to realize the target of low energy consumption operation, by means of overall energy consumption evaluation, energy consumption point analysis and performance assessing, etc. The architecture and function of system was introduced. The method of energy consumption evaluation was analyzed. The development of system was accomplished in Windows environments. The system has been used in a plant to give a trials. The result shows that it can save the energy in power supply obviously.
