癌复康Ⅰ号防治奥沙利铂化疗后周围神经毒性20例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察癌复康Ⅰ号对奥沙利铂(Oxaliplatin,OXA)化疗产生的周围神经毒性的作用。方法:将40例胃癌及大肠癌患者随机分为2组各20例,均给予OXA联合氟脲嘧啶/亚叶酸钙(5-FU/CF)化疗,对照组应用OXA方案前1周静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙1周、口服维生素B12周;治疗组应用OXA方案前1周给予癌复康Ⅰ号服用2周。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为65.0%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后周围神经毒性分级情况均较治疗前改善,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗后优于治疗前。2组治疗后周围神经毒性分级比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组生活质量KPS评分治疗前后比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后生活质量KPS评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用癌复康Ⅰ号可减轻化疗药OXA的周围神经毒性,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of No.1 Aifukang for peripheral neurotoxicity induced by chemical treatment with oxaliplatin (OXA). Methods: Forty patients with gastric cancer and colon cancer were randomized into 2 groups. The two groups were given chemical treatment with OXA and fluorouracil/calcium folinate. Additionally, one week before chemical treatment the control group was given intravenous dripping of calcium gluconate for one week and oral use of vitamin B1 for 2 weeks, and the treatment group given oral use of No.1 Aifukang for 2 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and 65.0% in the control group, the difference being significant between the two groups (P<0.01). Grading of peripheral neurotoxicity in both groups after treatment differed from that before treatment (P<0.05), and the difference between the two groups was also significant (P<0.05).KPS score for quality of life in both groups after treatment differed from that before treatment (P<0.01), and the difference between the two groups was also significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: No.1 Aifukang has an effect for relieving peripheral neurotoxicity induced by chemical treatment with oxaliplatin, and improving the quality of life.
