摘 要:针对多相集中式绕组无轴承薄片电机因绕组断路时,导致的电机无法正常运行的问题,设计了一种基于解耦控制器的自诊断容错控制系统。通过对该电机各相定子绕组的在线检测,采用坐标旋转变换的方法,实现了该电机任意一相绕组断路后的容错运行及当故障修复后自动恢复到正常状态运行。最后,在一台样机上进行某相绕组断路和导通两种状态相互切换的实验。实验结果表明,该控制系统有效地实现了该电机任意一相绕组断路的自诊断容错控制。Aimed at solving a problem towards multi-phase concentrated winding bearingless slice motor that the open-circuit(OFF) state of windings would lead to the motor's abnormal running.A self-diagnosis error tolerance system based on decoupled controller is designed in the present paper.The function of error tolerance when stator winding fault occurred is obtained by detecting stator winding under open-circuit(OFF) state and taking the method of transition of coordinate in order to recover it in normal operating state.Finally,an experiment with inter-switching between ON and OFF states is carried out on motor windings.The experimental result show that the fault-tolerance control is worked well at the random phase under open-circuit(OFF) state.
