E-钙粘附素和β-链接蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨上皮细胞粘附分子E-钙粘附素(E-CD)和β-链接蛋白(β-CA)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组化技术对80例手术切除的新鲜胃癌组织及癌周正常组织标本进行E-CD和β-CA表达情况检测,并同时行腹腔脱落癌细胞学检查。结果:胃癌组织E-CD和β-CA的表达降低或缺失率分别为78.75%(63/80)和61.25%(49/80);在浸润型、未分化型、弥漫状生长、有淋巴结转移及Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌中,E-CD和β-CA表达明显降低或缺失(P<0.01);在浆膜分型中的腱状、多彩弥漫型和浸润深度中的se、si及腹腔脱落癌细胞阳性病例中,E-CD和β-CA表达亦明显降低或缺失(P<0.05)。结论:E-CD和β-CA联合检测对评估胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、浆膜受侵及腹腔腹膜转移等情况具有较大意义。Objective：To study the relationship between cell adhesion molecule E-Cadherin and cytoplasma protein β-catenin expression and their biological behavior of gastic cancer.Methods：The levels of E-cadherin and β-catenin expression were determined in 80 cases of curative resected fresh gastric cancers tissues with S-P immunohistochemicaltechnic.Each cases with peritioneal free cancer cell and pathological was studied.Results：E-cadherin and β-Catenin was expressed positive in normal tissue,but most of them reduce or loss of expression in cancer cells.E-cadherin was 79.9%,β-catenin was 61.3%,signifcant disparities were found for E-CD and β-CA with clinical stage,serial type,invasive depth,peritioneal free camcer cell and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）,tissue growth pattern and tissue differentiation（P0.05）.Conclusions：E-CD and β-CA were closely associated with peritoneal metastasis-related factors in gastric Cancer.E-CD and β-CA were closely associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM stage.This implied that E-CD and β-CA had prognostic value to some degree and favoring prognosis determination.
