摘 要:目的:应用SWI技术对脑转移瘤放疗后SWI图像变化进行分析,以总结SWI技术对放疗后的应用价值。方法:接受颅脑X-刀联合全脑照射治疗的肺癌脑转移患者15例,共36个病灶,分别于治疗前3天内和治疗后1天、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月进行常规MR检查及SWI检查,得到磁敏感加权图像,观察不同时间段肿瘤内血管的变化。结果:36个病灶中,有32例个病灶的SWI序列图像可见肿瘤内血管及瘤内部少量出血;放疗后1天时即可观察到肿瘤内血管减少,而且随着时间的延长,伴随肿瘤体积缩小肿瘤内静脉血管亦逐渐减少。结论:SWI图像可以观察肿瘤内部静脉血管的变化情况,为进一步深入研究奠定了基础。Objective:Use SWI to analysis imaging change in the patients with brain metastasis treated by radiotherapy.Methods:Fifteen patients with brain metastasis from pathologic confirmed lung cancer were treated by LINAC radiosurgery in combination with WBRT.All cases were underwent examination of SWI before treatment,1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.The changes of vessels of tumor were viewed.Results:Vessels and hemorrhage could be seen in 36 focuses.The vessels were decreased at the first day after radiosurgery.And the number of vessels decreased followed the volume of the tumor as the time delay.Conclusions:It was useful for the patients with brain metastasis treated by radiotherapy to obeserve the vessels change in tumors with SWI.And it could make a basis for the deepen study.
