摘　　要：目的:探讨翼状胬肉手术方法及其疗效。方法:采用翼状胬肉切除加自体带蒂结膜瓣转位移植术治疗原发性翼状胬肉31例(43眼),术后随访5月至2年。结果:复发3眼,复发率为6.98%。结论:翼状胬肉切除加自体带蒂结膜瓣转位移植术治疗原发性翼状胬肉术后复发率低,患者舒适度高,术后视力有明显提高。Objective：To investigate the method and effect of pterygium surgery.Methods：31 patients（43 eyes）with primary pterygium patients under the microscope in the surgery of pterygium excision with conjunctival autograft with pedicle flap grafting for treatment,patients were followed up in May^2 years.Results：3 recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.98%.Conclusions：Pterygium excision and conjunctival autograft with pedicle flap grafting,postoperative recurrence rate is low and a high degree of patient comfort,visual acuity had improved markedly.
