摘　　要：中小企业对解决就业、促进经济增长具有重要意义。融资难作为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈,在金融危机背景下显得尤为突出。本文分析了中小企业的生存现状,并对中小企业的属性特征进行研究,最后针对中小企业的属性特征从政府、金融机构和企业三个层面对解决融资难问题提出了相关对策。It is great significance to solve the employment and promoting economic growth for Small and Medium Scale Enterprise（SME）.Financing difficulty is the largest problem in SMEs＇ development.It has become particularly prominent along with the spread of the financial crisis.This paper analyzes the survival and characteristics of SMEs.At last,It Proposes some advice to solving the problem of finance for SMEs from the government,financial institutions and enterprises.
