大范围变速运动时变冲击面载荷作用下板架结构冲击响应分析

摘  要:针对板架结构上的大范围变速运动时变载荷冲击作用问题进行研究,运用微小时段内冲量等效的原理,推导出将大范围变速运动时变载荷转化成若干个"载荷经过小区域"上的非移动载荷的计算公式,给出了载荷等效的误差估计与控制公式,在此基础上进一步提出了对板架结构进行冲击响应分析的有限元建模方法。基于该方法,计算了一个冲击载荷在1.6s内移动32m的板架结构冲击响应问题。发现:受"大范围变速运动载荷"作用结构的响应,在时间域上可分为3区域:载荷到达前的响应、载荷经过时响应、载荷经过后响应。3时段响应中,以载荷经过时响应为最大,但历时最短。This study aims at the impulse response problem of deck-grillage structure loaded by the impact pressure depending on time and moving with a variable velocity over long distance.Based on the impulse equivalent principle in a small time interval,the expressions are derived which convert the impact pressure moving into immovable pressure on numbers of small load-passing areas,and the formula is presented for the error estimation and control of these equivalent loads.The modeling approach of finite element discretization is developed for plated-grillage structure.Finally,using this approach the impulse response is analyzed for the plated-grillage structure under impact pressure which travels 32m in 1.6s.It is found that the impulse response could be divided into 3 parts in time domain,viz.the response before load arrived,the load-passing response and the response after load passed.The load-passing response value is maximal among these 3 parts,but its duration is very short.
