摘　　要：介绍了西藏自治区气象科技成果转化应用的现状及存在的问题,结合气象部门实际,从管理和激励机制角度探讨了促进科技成果转化的对策。This paper introduces the present situation of and problems existing in the transformation and application of meteorological science and technology achievements in Tibet Autonomous Region,and connecting with the reality of meteorological departments,probes into the countermeasures for promoting the transformation of science and technology achievements from the angle of management and motivation angle.
