摘 要:目的:通过对不同产地,不同粒径半夏种茎的发芽和生长能力进行比较研究,为制定半夏种茎的质量标准提供依据。方法:依据国家标准GB/T3543农作物种子检验规程中总则、抽样、净度分析、发芽实验、水分测定等方法对半夏种茎进行测定。结果:不同产地半夏种茎种质质量差异极显著,湖北京山、四川南充和河南三门峡野生半夏种茎的发芽能力明显优于山西运城和恩施来凤栽培的半夏种茎;不同粒径的半夏种茎的发芽率和发芽势差异显著,其中二级优于一级,优于三级。研究还确定了优质种茎的合适的含水量范围。结论:发芽率、粒径大小、含水量可作为半夏种茎质量的分级指标。Objective: Through comparing germination rate and viability of seed rhizome of pinellia ternate with different grain size and produced in different districts to provide the basis for quality standards. Method: Based on the national standard GB/T3543 the crop seed testing procedures in the general principles, sampling, net analysis, germination experiments, moisture content, and other kinds of measurement methods, the seed rhizome of Pinellia ternata were measured. Result: There were significant difference in the quality of germplasm in different kinds of seed rhizome of Pinellia ternata. The germination rate and viability of wild seed rhizome produced in Hubei Jingshan, Sichuan Nanchong and Henan Sanmenxia were markedly better than the cultivation ones in Shanxi Yuncheng and Enshi Laifeng. There were also significant differences in the the germination rate and germination potential in different seed rhizome with different diameter. Among them,the seconde grade ones was better than that the first grade ones and better than the third grade ones. The study also determined a appropriate range of water content in seed rhizome. Conclusion: The germination rate, grain size and water con- tent can be used as indicators of the quality classification of seed rhizome of Pinellia ternata.
