摘　　要：温度监控是保证食品冷链运输中食品安全、减少运输损耗的重要环节。本文提出了基于最新RFID技术,并且结合GPRS和GSM网络技术,设计开发了食品冷链运输的温度监控与预警系统,能够实现对运输过程中食品温度的实时监控和预警,有效保证冷链食品运输中食品品质。Temperature Monitoring is a very important part that can ensure the food safety and reduce logistic lost in food cold-chain. This article give a new method of temperature monitoring and warning system which based on RFID and GPRS＆GSM technology, this system can realize the real time monitoring and warning of food temperature, it can also ensure the food quality in food logistics.
