摘　　要：目的:探讨采用显微外科技术治疗听神经瘤的临床效果。方法:38例病人采用枕下乙状窦后入路显微手术切除肿瘤,必要时分块切除。术中注意肿瘤与蛛网膜边界,尽量保留肿瘤表面的蛛网膜。结果:肿瘤全切31例,次全切除7例,术后面神经解剖保留24例,功能保留21例。结论:显微外科技术能有效地切除肿瘤,大大提高面神经的保全率,取得了满意的临床效果。Objective：To investigate the surgical techniques and results of acoustic neuroma.Methods：Thirty-eight patients with acoustic neuroma were treated with microsurgery by suboceipital retrosigmoid approach.Results：Total resection was achieved in 31 cases,subtotal resection in 7 cases.Facial nerve were preserved anatomically in 24 cased,facial nerve function were preserved in 21cases.Conclusion： Microsurgical techniques for removing acoustic neuroma resulted in satisfactory efficacy.The procedure can improve the rate of total resection and effectively protect the function of the facial nerve.
