膀胱癌组织中IGF-2和H19的基因印迹状态及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱癌组织中胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF-2)和H19印记缺失(LOI)以及其临床意义。方法:2004年1月～12月牡丹江医学院附属二院采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测40例膀胱癌组织及20例正常膀胱黏膜中IGF-2及H19的印记状态。结果:膀胱癌组织中IGF-2和H19的LOI(47.6%,26.3%)高于正常膀胱黏膜LOI(7.7%,0),(P<0.05)。结论:IGF-2和H19的LOI与膀胱癌发生有关。Objective：To reveal loss of imp rinting（LOI） of insulin like growth factor- 2（IGF-2） and H19 genes in bladder carcinoma. Methods：Reverse transcrip -tion polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） method was used to detect the imprinting status of IGF-2 and H19 in 40 bladder carcinomas and their matched 20 normal tissues in second Affiliated Hospital of Mu dan jiang medical college from January 2004 to December 2004.Results：LO I of IGF-2 and H19 in bladder carcinoma samples（47.6%,26.3%） were significantly higher than those in the control group （717%,0）,（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：LO I of IGF-2and H19 genes are involved in bladder carcinoma.
