β-连环素、P53、Ki67在结直肠锯齿状腺瘤与腺瘤/癌组织表达的比较

摘　　要：目的:本文分析并比较锯齿状腺瘤(SA)与管状腺瘤(TA)、绒毛管状腺瘤(TVA)及结直肠癌(CRC)的P53、Ki67、β-连环素的免疫组化表达。方法:采用免疫组化法对30例SA,28例TA,21例TVA,21例CRC组织标本进行P53、Ki67、β-连环素检测。结果:P53:SA与TA、TVA组间表达无显著差异,SA组阳性率明显低于CRC(P<0.05);Ki67;四组间无显著差异(P>0.05);β-连环素:SA组阳性表达率明显低于TVA及CRC(P<0.05),SA与TA组间无显著差异。结论:P53、Ki67、β-连环素的检测提示:SA是一种具有增殖活性的腺瘤,其癌变潜能小于TVA,与TA无明显差异。Objective：To analyze and compare β-catenin protein,P53 and Ki67 immunohistochemical expression on the serrated adenoma（SA）,tubular adenoma（TA）,tubulovillous adenoma（TVA） and colorectal carcinoma（CRC）.Methods：To analyze the expression of β-catenin protein,P53,Ki67 immunohistoehemical ly in 30 cases of SA,28 TA.21 TVA and 21 CRC.Results：P53：no significant difference was found between SA. TA and TVA,the positive percentage of SA was significantly lower than that of CRC（P〈0.05）,Ki67：there are no significant difference among the four lesions（P〉0.05）.β-catenin：no significant difference was found between SA and TA.the positive percentage of SA was lower than that of TVA and CRC（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The β-catenin protein,P53,Ki67 immunohistoehemieal analysis indicated that：SA is a kind of proliferative adenoma ,its malignancy potentia might be lower than TVA but similar to TA.
