摘  要:目的:探讨抑癌基因PTEN、上皮钙依赖粘附蛋白E-cadherin及增殖细胞核抗原PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测51例原发胶质瘤患者术后存档的石蜡切片组织中抑癌基因PTEN、上皮钙粘附素(E-cadherin)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达情况。结果:66.7%(34/51)的胶质瘤中PTEN表达阳性,并且随着病理级别升高表达减弱;74.51%(38/51)的脑胶质瘤患者E-cadherin表达减弱,25.49%(13/51)的患者E-cadherin表达正常,68.63%(35/51)的患者PCNA呈高表达,31.37%(15/51)的患者PCNA呈低表达。PTEN与E-cadherin在胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05);PCNA与E-cadherin表达有相关性(P<0.05),PTEN与PCNA在原发胶质瘤中的表达存在负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:PTEN、E-cadherin与PCNA均在胶质瘤发生发展中起重要作用,对判断肿瘤病理分级且与胶质瘤的生物学行为有关。Objective: To study the clinical significance of PTEN,E-cadherin and PCNA expression in glioma. Methods:Expression of PTEN gene,epithelial cadherin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)was detected Immunohistochemically in Paraffin-embedded specimens of 51 cases with gliomas.Results:66.67%(34/5 l)of cases showed positive of PTEN gene, and intensity was converse to the grade of glioma,while PCNA expressed positively in 35 out of 51 cases(68.63%) and the intensity accorded with the grade of glioma.74.51%(38/51)of cases showed reduced E-cadherin expression,25.49%(13/Sl)showed normal E-cadherin expression.41.18%(21/51)showed PCNA expression. Significant correlation was found between E-cadherin and PCNA expression (P〈0.05); Correlation of the PTEN and PCNA expression in primary glioma Was negative(P 〈0.01);The expression of PTEN was positively correlated to the expression of E-cadherin.Cnnelusions:These suggest that PTEN,E-cadherin and PCNA play an important role in the onset and development of glioma and the measurement of them makes sense to judge the pathological grade and biological behavior.
