地塞米松联合甲硝唑防治根管治疗期间急症反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价地塞米松联合甲硝唑糊剂根管治疗中急症发生情况的影响。方法:选择200例牙髓炎和根尖周炎的患者,随机分成试验组和对照组,根管预备后,分别给予地塞米松联合甲硝唑糊剂和FC根管内封药。观察不同时段各组急症发生情况,并进行统计分析。结果:试验组24h内、48h内、48h后急症发生率分别为8%,2%,1%;对照组急症发生率分别为19%,10%,3%。结论:地塞米松联合甲硝唑作为根管消毒剂,能明显降低根管治疗中急症的发生率。Objective： To evaluate the influence of Dexamethasone- metronidazole on the emergency incidence in treating the root tube.Methods： Two hundred patients with chronic pulpitis or chronic apical disease rando y allocated to two groups. The experimental group was given Dexamethasone- metronidazole in the canal and the comparison group was given the ordinary FC in the canal. Then the emergency incidence of each group at different periods was observed.Results：The emergency incidences of the experimental Dexamethasone- metronidazole group were 8%,2%and 1% w/thin 24 hours,48 hours and after 48 hours respectively; the emergency incidence of the FC conWast group were 19%,6,10% and 3% respectively. Dexamethasone- metronidazole as root tube disinfectant can reduce significantly the emergency incidence during the root tube treatment.
