摘　　要：大学新生入学后,一个好的学风建设体系,将对学生四年的成长成才起到重要作用。抓住了学生的学风,就是抓住了新形势下大学培养人才的根本和关键。在低年级学生中,加强入学教育,促进学风建设,对他们今后的成长有至关重要的作用。It is important that a good construction system of study style for freshmen to grow up in the tour years alter enrolling. The foundation and the key of cultivating talents in the new situation is grasping the students＇ style of study. The investigation and analysis of students＇ learning status were worked out clearly that who were university students in lower grades. Strengthening school education and promoting the study style played a very important role in the growth path for their future.
