鼻咽癌中COX-2 CD44v6基因蛋白表达与淋巴结转移关系

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和粘附分子CD44变异型-6(CD44v6)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化Envision二步法检测30例鼻咽癌COX-2和CD44v6基因蛋白。结果①鼻咽癌中COX-2和CD44v6的阳性表达率分别为72.8%和71.6%。②21例颈淋巴结转移组COX-2、CD44v6蛋白表达率(分别为76.1%和81.0%)高于9例阴性组(分别33.3%和55.6%)(P<0.05)。③鼻咽癌COX-2表达和CD44v6表达呈正相关(r=0.668,P<0.05)。结论 COX-2和CD44v6在鼻咽癌淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用,检测COX-2和CD44v6的表达可作为临床预测淋巴结转移和估计预后的重要指标。Objective To study the expression of and their correlation with lymph node metastasis in nasopharyngeal cancer（NPC）. Methods The expression of COX -2 and CD44v6 in 30 cases human NPC was studied with Envision immunohistochemical technique. Results （1）The positive expression rate of COX -2 and CD44v6 in NPC were 72. 8% and 71.6% ,respectively. （2）A significant correlation was found dyer expression of COX -2 and CD44v6 protein between NPC with and without neck lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3）The expression of COX -2 was positively correlated with that of CD44v6 in NPC （ r = 0. 668, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion COX - 2 and CD44v6 play important roles in the neck lymph node metastasis of NPC. The expression of COX -2 and CD44v6 may serve as criterions of metastasis and prognosis of NPC.
