Surgical Treatment of Comminuted Humeral Intercondylar Fracture by Transolecranon Approach with Y Shaped Titanium Plate

摘　　要：目的分析经尺骨鹰嘴Y型钛板固定肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法 2004年3月—2009年2月,对23例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路Y型解剖钛板内固定治疗,所有患者进行19～36个月的随访,采用Cassebaum方法对肘关节功能进行评价。结果本组23例,优7例、良14例、可1例、差1例,优良率91.3%。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路加Y型解剖钛板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折,固定的牢固可靠,有利于进行肘关节早期功能锻炼,对后期关节功能的恢复起决定性的作用。Objective To explore the methods and curative effect of surgical treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture by transolecranon approach with Y shaped titanium plate. Methods From March 2004 to February 2009, 23 patients with comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture were treated with Y shaped titanium plate by transolecranon approach. All the patients were followed up from 19 to 36 months, the function of elbow joint of 23 patients were reviewed using the method of Cassebaum. Results There were 7 excellent cases, 14 good cases, 1 fair case and 1 poor case, the excellent and good rate was 91.3 %. Conclusion Transolecranon approach with Y shaped titanium plate fixation is fast and dependable treatment for comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture, therefore enable the patients to move elbow joint earlier, which play a crucial role to post operative functional recover.
