摘  要:目的:探讨社区工作倦怠的相关因素。方法:用社会支持量表、成人艾森克量表和工作倦怠量表对厦门3个社区131人进行调查,分析其中112份有效问卷。结果:年龄在30~40岁组的情绪衰竭最重,30岁以下的成就感缺乏最为严重(p<0.05);充分的社会支持可以显著降低个体情绪衰竭、情感疏远的程度,同时提升个人成就感。结论:增加社会支持会显著减少工作倦怠程度。Objective:To explore the related factors of job burnout in the community.Methods:131 workers in three communities of Xiamen City were tested with SSRS,EPQ and MBI-GS,in which 112 valid results were analyzed.Results:Occupational stressors of nurse out were higher significantly than that of nurse in medicine and surgery(p0.05).Job burnout of nurse out was higher,which was diffirent significantly to that of nurse in medicine and surgery(p0.05).Occupational stressors of nurse were correlated significantly to job burnout(p0.05).Conclusion:Effective stress management strategies should be implemented to prevent burnout in order to keep nurses in the profession and achieve better patient care.
