摘　　要：大肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤，发病率逐年上升。大肠癌肿瘤动物模型是研究大肠癌的重要工具，本文就实验中常用的大肠癌动物模型以及主要特点作一综述。Colon cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors with increasing incidence year by year. Colon cancer animal model play an important role in the research on colon cancer.This paper provides an overview of common colon cancer animal models and principal pathology.
