摘　　要：Profilin-Ⅰ广泛存在于除骨骼肌之外的机体组织,是一种小分子量的肌动蛋白结合蛋白,调节肌动蛋白聚合及解聚过程;参与调节细胞的增殖、分化和运动过程以及信号转导。研究显示,Profilin-Ⅰ的改变可影响内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞等心血管主要构成细胞的迁移、粘附、血管形成、收缩力、信号转导等,在冠心病、高血压、糖尿病等心血管疾病的发生中起重要作用。该文综述profilin-Ⅰ的结构、功能及其在心血管疾病中的研究进展。Profilin-Ⅰis a small actin monomer-binding protein involved in regulating actin polymerization.It plays an important role in cell proliferation,differention,motility and signals transduction in different cell types including endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells.This article recapitulates the wealth of information on structure,function of profilin-Ⅰand its potential role in the genesis and development of cardiovascular diseases.
