MK1精密附着体在游离端牙列缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨MK1精密附着体在后牙游离缺失修复中的疗效。方法:MK1精密附着体为31例后牙游离缺失的患者进行固定-活动联合修复,经6个月～3年的临床观察,患者主观评价感受,医师通过临床检查、X线检查修复效果。结果:所有患者均认为附着体舒适、稳固、易适应、咀嚼有力、不影响美观,无明显食物嵌塞。临床检查及X线检查表明,基牙无叩痛、无松动、无根尖周病变,牙龈无明显萎缩及牙槽骨吸收。义齿承托区牙槽嵴粘膜无红肿、压痛。4例患者于1～2年后重衬义齿基托。结论:MK1精密附着体是一种较理想的修复后牙游离缺失的附着体。Objective To evaluate MK1 attachment in restoration of posterior distal extention edentulous patients.Methods MK1 attachment was used in fixed-removable prosthesis in 31 cases with posterior distal extension edentulous.After 6 months to 3 years clinical observation,the results were evaluated based on subjective feeling,clinical and X-ray examination.Results The subjective feelings in all patients were comfortable,stable,adaptable,mastication convenience,good appearance and no food impaction.There was no pain on percussion,tooth mobility,gingival retraction,apical periodontitis or alvelor obsorption.No mucosa swelling and pain was observed in stressing-bearing area of the prosthesis.Dentures in 4 cases were rebased after 1 to 2 years.Conclusion The MK1 precision attachment is a favorable choice to restore posterior distal extension edentulous.
